Engineering Manager, Cloud Experience

Lead a team of frontend and full-stack engineers responsible for cloud and admin console experiences, ensuring high-quality, reliable web interfaces. Own the console's information architecture, navigation, and layout to help users discover, understand, and manage resources. Define and evolve reusable UI components and patterns (forms, tables, wizards, notifications, resource views) for consistency across the console. Collaborate with Product and Design to translate user journeys into clear workflows for provisioning, configuration, governance, and operations. Ensure fast, accessible, and resilient experiences through performance optimization, accessibility best practices, robust error handling, and operational health monitoring. Lead roadmap execution, hire and develop engineers, participate in on-call incidents, and establish SLIs/SLOs and UX metrics to drive continuous improvement.
