Le poste
Lead the design and analysis of civil engineering projects from concept to construction, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and pursue new project opportunities.
Prepare plan sets, stormwater reports, specifications, bidding documents, cost estimates, and permit applications.
Develop site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility designs using Civil 3D or MicroStation; perform hydrology and hydraulics analyses.
Verify field conditions, assess constructability, support field construction activities, and resolve on-site issues.
Ensure compliance with IDOT standards, FEMA/NPDES requirements, and local ordinances while maintaining strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
