A Cloud Infrastructure Engineer supports cloud and private hosting environments, contributing to multiple programmes using AWS and Azure platforms. They are responsible for supporting operational activities, including incident resolution, technical documentation, and technical support. Candidates should possess expertise in cloud platforms, Windows Server, Infrastructure as Code, scripting, network technologies, storage, and containerisation, complemented by excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in an ITIL framework, multi-programme support, and customer engagement is essential.
