Le poste
Join a San Antonio real estate team as a Showing Assistant to guide clients to homes and advance their home search criteria.
Provide detailed feedback to confirm or refine client needs and assist in drafting and negotiating offers.
Generate new leads for at least 10 hours per week and participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, ongoing trainings, and partner calls while tracking tasks with our technology tools.
Employ strong relationship-building with clients, maintain a positive, learning-focused attitude, and analyze client needs to match them with properties.
Operate within a structured, supportive environment designed to develop real estate skills and a sustainable business.
