Le poste
Partner with leadership to lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across finance, marketing, and logistics, and drive early NSO hiring in new markets.
Own recruitment strategy and execution, building strong relationships with hiring managers and creating long-term hiring roadmaps for corporate growth.
Drive employer brand penetration through community partnerships, events, and collaboration with educational institutions and industry partners to sustain talent pipelines.
Ensure compliance with applicant tracking systems, hiring standards, and federal/state laws; collaborate with People Operations to maintain standards.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve efficiency across markets and cycles.
Support onboarding during NSO and corporate hiring cycles; travel to locations as needed with a proactive, autonomous approach.
