Le poste
You will manage your own client portfolio, handling sales ledgers with rent demands and aged debtors.
Oversee purchase ledgers, invoice processing, BACS payments, and monitor aged creditors.
Complete monthly bank reconciliations and VAT returns, including partial exemption calculations.
Produce monthly management reports, client statements, and cashflow analysis.
Prepare year-end information for clients’ accountants and assist with annual accounts data.
A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong confidentiality, you should be willing to learn in-house systems and have or pursue an AAT qualification; own transport is essential.
