Own the influencer program end-to-end, from strategy through execution and optimization.
Partner with Performance, Data, Finance, and Brand to scope goals, budgets, and timelines for campaigns.
Source, evaluate, and shortlist creators aligned to audience, product, and channel goals.
Lead outreach, briefing, contracting, and negotiation on rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity.
Review creative to ensure messaging, performance signals, and brand alignment; coordinate posting across channels.
Track performance, synthesize learnings, and continuously improve creator selection and briefs.
