Le poste

A Business Development Manager is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships within a designated region, primarily in the manufacturing sector. They drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and increasing spend from existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, working with suppliers and internal teams, and using CRM systems to track performance. Candidates need proven relationship-building skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to prioritise effectively. Experience in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade sectors is beneficial but not essential. This position requires a customer-focused approach and team collaboration in a dynamic environment.
