Le poste
Own and scale the data infrastructure powering analytics on AWS, including Databricks, Fivetran, and Airbyte.
Collaborate with Software Engineering to ensure shared Databricks workloads and analytics run safely alongside production workloads.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for dbt models, connector configurations, and dashboard deployments.
Set up comprehensive monitoring and alerting with Datadog to track data quality, pipeline health, and infrastructure performance.
Design and enforce security controls to meet ITAR/EAR requirements, including access management, audit logging, and network configuration.
Mentor Data Platform Engineers, promote best practices, and enable rapid, reliable delivery across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Recruiting.
