Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to business units while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and mitigating legal risk.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, and establish templates, standards, and processes to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations across the organization.
Maintain, protect, and manage intellectual property rights and related licensing.
Handle litigation matters, select and supervise external counsel, and conduct internal training on legal topics.
This part-time, hybrid role is based in Morrisville, NC, offering approximately 20 hours per week with three in-office days.
