Develop individualized rehabilitation plans to improve mobility, strength, and daily function.
Teach and guide clients through exercises; employ manual therapy and modalities to alleviate pain.
Educate clients about conditions, treatment plans, and strategies to prevent future injury.
Regularly monitor progress and adjust treatment plans; maintain thorough documentation for legal and care coordination.
Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver patient-centered care in the community.
