Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and basic issues.
Provide initial troubleshooting for connectivity and telecom-related concerns using diagnostic tools.
Assist with account questions, billing details, and service information while documenting all interactions in the CRM.
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support while keeping customers informed.
Maintain a professional, empathetic approach and schedule on-site or remote service appointments when needed.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and support team goals while adhering to policies and service standards.
