Le poste
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive LTL transportation solutions, meet with customers in person, generate leads, present services, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Travel within the DFW region to cultivate lasting relationships, provide accurate information, and deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include lead generation, contract negotiation, CRM utilization, and meeting monthly targets while maintaining knowledge of LTL freight movement. Required: 2+ years in LTL/transportation sales, strong communication, problem solving, time management, and collaboration. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission; benefits available after 60 days.
