Le poste
The Associate Attorney will regularly appear in court, gaining substantial courtroom experience.
Responsibilities include reviewing new claims for compliance and managing a contested litigation queue.
Drafting and signing pleadings, including complaints and motions, with occasional drafting of motions and responses.
Argue contested motions, conduct trials and arbitrations, and manage both telephonic and written communications with opposing counsel.
Prepare and respond to discovery and oversee counterclaims where clients or opposing parties are named.
Requirements include a Juris Doctorate and Indiana Bar admission; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant case management systems.
