A Data & Reporting Analyst is sought to support critical control and reporting functions in Belfast, specialising in automation and process optimisation. The role involves producing management reports, leading automation initiatives, translating complex data into clear insights, performing analysis and quality checks, and enhancing data sources and decision-making strategies. Candidates should have a degree in a quantitative discipline and over five years' experience in data analytics, ideally within financial services. Strong skills in Excel and MS Office are essential, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. This position offers an opportunity to innovate and develop scalable reporting solutions within a dynamic market environment. Technical skills required include SQL, Tableau, Power BI, data validation, and process improvement techniques.
