Analyze workforce data to deliver actionable insights that optimize HR operations and strategy.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics.
Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements and solutions.
Ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance while handling sensitive employee information.
Build data models, perform statistical analyses, and present findings to stakeholders.
Support ad hoc analyses, QA testing, and data governance initiatives across the HR function.
