Design and analyze online experiments, develop surrogate metrics, and build causal inference models to measure customer-facing changes. Collaborate with teams to advance measurement best practices and influence decision-making. Develop and operationalize statistical and scientific methodologies, and build AI agents to optimize experiment workflows
