Le poste
We are seeking a credible and influential HR professional to join a well-established HR Business Partnering service.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted adviser to senior leaders, translating strategy into local People Plans.
Lead strategic workforce and succession planning to ensure long-term sustainability and business continuity.
Coach and influence leaders to strengthen management capability and embed a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, formal processes and tribunal preparation.
Experience in large, complex, highly unionised environments and collaboration with Estates and Campus Services is highly desirable; Chartered CIPD status is preferred.
