Le poste
The HRPO leads HR, payroll, and administrative operations, ensuring compliant and efficient people processes.
Manages the full employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding and records maintenance.
Oversees payroll, time tracking, deductions, and financial reporting in coordination with the Bookkeeper.
Maintains SOPs and studio operations, including vendor relations, licenses, and compliance.
Ensures adherence to local labor laws, safety standards, and organizational policies while fostering a positive team culture.
Reports to the CEO/Owner and collaborates with leadership to support staff development and scheduling across two dojos.
