Le poste
Lead and scale the Machine Learning Engineering team that partners with data scientists to transform models into production-grade ML applications on our central MLOps platform.
Define and enforce ML Engineering standards, best practices, design patterns and quality benchmarks to deliver scalable and maintainable ML solutions.
Set technical strategy and architecture across data science, MLOps, and engineering, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clear communication to tech leadership.
Bridge platform and practice by translating MLOps capabilities into practical guidance for data science teams and feeding ML engineering requirements back to the MLOps platform team.
Foster collaboration and excellence by building cross-functional relationships, mentoring engineers, and nurturing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requires proven leadership (3+ years), hands-on credibility, and deep ML and cloud expertise, including production ML deployment on AWS.
