Le poste
Develop and expand the referral network through targeted campaigns and proactive relationship building.
Identify, engage, and manage referral sources, including insurance adjusters and property owners.
Plan and attend key events, association meetings, and trade shows to cultivate new partnerships.
Oversee marketing materials, swag, and email campaigns to maintain top-of-mind brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams to track referral activities, qualify leads, and report progress; aim to bring on 20 new referral relationships weekly.
Requirements: 2+ years of outside sales, CRM and email marketing experience, proficiency with MS Office and Outlook, and excellent customer service and communication skills.
