Independent Digital Marketing Coordinator supporting the deployment of digital creative and asset management for film campaigns.
Efficiently prioritize tasks, build relationships with internal teams and external vendors, and deliver materials on demand to exact specifications.
Manage YouTube uploads across multiple titles and maintain assets in Dropbox, Frame.io, and Google Workspace.
Coordinate with media agencies and legal to ensure contracts and NDAs are properly executed; create and traffic specialty requests (e-blasts, invites, press mailers, image requests).
Support trailer launches, event activations, social media assets, and banner campaigns, while handling light administrative duties for the VP, Digital Marketing.
Create marketing decks, track budgets and invoices, and oversee DNS management and social account setup for upcoming titles.
