Le poste
You will design and implement large-scale machine learning algorithms to optimize new user acquisition and improve retention across the core feed's retrieval, ranking, and re-ranking stages.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate insights into robust algorithms and deploy them in production.
Run regular A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and iterate models to boost effectiveness.
Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end ML systems and partner with infrastructure teams to enhance efficiency and stability.
Qualifications include hands-on experience in recommender systems, ML, DL, pattern recognition, data mining, NLP, or related areas; strong Python and/or C/C++ skills; and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet.
Bonus points for publications, public AI projects, or track record in data mining, competitions, or open-source contributions.
