Provides strategic legal guidance as Assistant General Counsel, reporting to the Vice President and Associate General Counsel, with a focus on corporate transactions, regulatory oversight, and healthcare operations.
Advises on joint ventures, affiliations, and contracts for services and goods across multiple business units and clinical sites.
Counsels on physician and provider contracting, patient care issues, bioethical matters, medical staff governance, licensing, and reporting requirements.
Maintains strong client relationships and collaborates with staff at all levels to deliver practical, risk-aware legal guidance aligned with organizational goals.
Negotiates complex agreements, conducts due diligence, and manages regulatory filings within healthcare settings and Ohio law.
Thrives in a matrixed, high-paced environment, demonstrating emotional intelligence, teamwork, and a commitment to core values.
