Le poste
Coordinate daily transportation operations for a high-volume distribution facility, acting as the primary contact for producers, customers, and haulers.
Monitor inbound loads, track ETAs, and ensure consistent on-time delivery while using logistics software to submit pickup schedules and daily receiving reports.
Generate daily performance reports and KPIs with Excel (pivot tables, charts) and Power BI to support supply chain visibility.
Maintain accurate shipment data in internal systems (URC platform) and resolve transportation issues quickly and independently.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (approx. 3 shifts every 14 days) with remote weekend coverage; support inventory management and distribution of supplies.
