Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of Machine Learning Engineers, shaping skills and career development.
Define and manage a product-focused roadmap to deploy and improve AI services within the game product.
Establish ML Engineering practices (quality, MLOps, documentation, monitoring, performance) across the team.
Contribute to production AI services by implementation, optimization, and evaluation, ensuring reliability and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders across API, Online, Gameplay Programming, Engine, and Tools to ensure effective ML systems and seamless integration.
Stay abreast of scientific and technological advances to guide the team's strategy and influence the product roadmap for future gameplay experiences.
