Le poste
Manage a high-volume portfolio of commercial contracts across procurement for goods and services, including semiconductor supply, licensing, development, services, software, and confidentiality agreements.
Advise on strategic, regulatory, and transactional matters for the supply chain team and internal stakeholders.
Lead dispute resolution by drafting breach notices and negotiating settlements; advise on risk mitigation.
Create, maintain, and harmonize contract templates and forms to support diverse business operations.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency of contracts and risk allocation across the organization.
Requirements: J.D. with active U.S. bar license, 10+ years' experience (law firm and/or in-house preferred), strong English communication, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
