Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team delivering analytical insights, scalable ML pipelines, and LLM-powered solutions across cross-functional business units.
Drive automation, standardization, and best practices for LLM workflows, including fine-tuning, evaluation, benchmarking, and deployment.
Oversee evaluation and integration of third-party tools and foundational models, partnering with Engineering on build-vs-buy decisions.
Deliver metrics, dashboards, and insights on core data foundations such as dataset management, content security, risk mitigation, and media orchestration.
Align Product, Engineering, and Platform to define strategy, roadmaps, and data solutions, balancing quick prototypes with long-term architecture.
Communicate technical concepts and project impact clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
