Le poste
Lead employment law matters across the Americas region, advising HR and management on strategy, risk, and practical business outcomes.
Provide day-to-day guidance on recruiting, hiring, employee relations, performance management, compensation, leaves, terminations, and workplace policies.
Partner with external counsel and the VP, Legal to manage litigation, regulatory investigations, and audits (EEOC, DOL, DFEH).
Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements and develop policies, guidelines, and trainings to ensure compliance and scalable processes.
Monitor federal, state, and local changes in employment law and translate them into actionable business recommendations.
Collaborate across functions in a fast-paced, matrix environment, balancing legal risk with business needs while contributing to Group Legal initiatives.
