Le poste
Provide legal guidance on corporate matters, including M&A, securities, and governance, to senior leadership.
Lead and support domestic and cross-border M&A transactions—acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
Advise on transaction structuring, due diligence, drafting, negotiations, and post-closing integration.
Support public and private capital markets activities, including debt and equity offerings, and oversee SEC reporting and disclosure obligations.
Partner with finance, treasury, and business teams on financing arrangements, governance controls, and coordinating with external counsel and advisers.
Requires a JD, US bar admission, 3–7 years of corporate experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment in Jacksonville, FL.
