Le poste

A Senior Program Consultant coordinates with hiring managers to develop talent acquisition strategies and manage the contingent workforce lifecycle across multiple geographies. They provide insights on market intelligence and salary benchmarking, utilise VMS platforms such as Beeline or SAP Fieldglass to handle requisitions, and ensure program compliance and service quality. The role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, driving performance, resolving escalations, and enhancing program outcomes. It also includes supporting workforce engagement activities like onboarding and offboarding, mentoring team members, and contributing to process improvements. Candidates should possess extensive experience in staffing, MSP, RPO, or talent acquisition, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
