Le poste
Lead the design and maintenance of scalable HR data infrastructure, including BigQuery optimization and dimensional modeling.
Refactor data structures, implement governance, data lineage, and robust security controls to enable trusted analytics.
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines with dbt and Fivetran, integrating HRIS, ATS, surveys, and collaboration tools across real-time and batch modes.
Create semantic layers and standardized metrics for attrition, engagement, mobility, and organizational network analysis.
Collaborate with people analytics scientists, recruiters, and stakeholders to deliver scalable data products and self-serve analytics.
Ensure data quality, monitoring, error handling, and comprehensive documentation to support evidence-based decision making and compliant data practices.
