Lead end-to-end ML-based targeting products for ads, including auto targeting and user lookalikes.
Set and drive the research roadmap for large-scale retrieval projects.
Prototype and deploy deep learning architectures for retrieval (GNNs, transformers, two-tower models, LLMs) to improve advertiser outcomes.
Mentor junior ML engineers and oversee offline and online experiments.
Own data pipelines and large-scale data systems for production ML deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across research, product, infrastructure, and marketing to productize ML research.
