Le poste
The Finance Specialist analyzes economic data and supports comprehensive finance functions, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
Prepare and track A/R invoices, generate purchase orders, verify charges, ensure accurate job costing, and promote timely payments.
Assist with cash-flow entries, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Produce payables and other financial reports, and manage employee reimbursements, verification, and documentation.
Oversee account activity in operational systems, credit card reconciliations, and asset accounting (fixed assets) while supporting asset-backed offerings.
Conduct internal audits, ensure compliance with state UIC and insurance requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial processes.
