Le poste
Site-based HR Manager for a manufacturing facility in Eccles, four days on-site per week.
Lead employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters, and union negotiations for a 100-headcount site.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding with administrative support.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, GDPR, and local employment law, and provide payroll backup when required.
Partner with site and regional leadership to align HR delivery with operational goals and business strategy.
Drive process improvements, streamline HR systems and reporting, and manage changes to collective bargaining agreements.
