Le poste
As a Global Freight & Logistics Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving gross profit and expanding market share.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to win new customers in the freight forwarding and logistics space.
Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities, lead end-to-end deal cycles, and manage the pipeline to meet quarterly and annual targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand client supply chain needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, and product teams to design and quote effective logistics solutions.
Requirements include 5+ years of relevant business development experience, preferably in freight forwarding, with excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
