Le poste
Directs day-to-day expedited logistics operations across all service lines to meet customer expectations and delivery deadlines.
Oversees routing, dispatch, tracking, and vendor coordination for time-sensitive shipments, including white-glove and exclusive-use services.
Drives on-time performance for launches, trade shows, and mission-critical cargo while monitoring cost efficiency and revenue preservation.
Develops scalable operational strategies, implements SOPs, and establishes KPIs and reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Leads technology integrations and process automation to enhance visibility and productivity; negotiates rates and manages vendor onboarding.
Builds and develops a high-performing team across shifts; ensures regulatory compliance (TSA, DOT, IATA) and training, with rapid resolution of delays or issues.
