Own and lead engineering projects across product lines, focusing on machine learning components and data-driven improvements.
Conduct data collection, experimentation, and analysis to advance RAG and multi-step AI pipelines.
Prototype and ship new AI-native workflows, including streaming and long-running tasks, balancing state-of-the-art with pragmatic engineering.
Collaborate with legal teams to design evaluation methods for document citations and build ground-truth datasets.
Improve retrieval and answer quality over complex data corpora and integrate AI models from multiple providers.
Maintain end-to-end ownership from prototype to production, supporting multiple product lines on scalable backend platforms.
