Cyber Security Analyst

A hands-on Cyber Security Analyst role focusing on security operations, governance, risk, and compliance. You will lead cyber incident investigations with SOC and client teams, triage and analyze alerts across email, cloud, and hybrid systems, and conduct threat hunting to develop detection use cases. Responsibilities include vulnerability assessments and remediation, DLP management, forensic readiness, insider risk initiatives, and developing security policies and awareness programs. You will leverage and improve the Microsoft Security Stack (Sentinel, Defender, Purview), drive Zero Trust implementation, and perform security audits with KPI/compliance reporting. The role involves mentoring junior analysts, on-call incident management (1 week in 3), and contributing to the continuous improvement of the security posture.
