Le poste
Own the analytics strategy for a major membership program, driving member acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and long-term value. Define and monitor core KPIs, including cohorts, incremental value, cannibalization, and ROI. Conduct deep-dive analyses of member behavior, purchase frequency, basket composition, and cross-category lift. Design and evaluate A/B tests and quasi-experiments to inform pricing, benefits, and promotions. Collaborate with Data Science to develop models assessing incrementality and with Finance on P&L and unit economics. Partner with Data Engineering and BI to ensure high-quality, governed loyalty datasets and reliable reporting.
