Oversee import operations and coordinate schedules with customers and overseas partners.
Enter data into internal logistics systems and manage invoicing and related documentation.
Communicate shipment timelines, documentation needs, and status updates across teams.
Assist with warehouse operations including forklift handling (where certified) as needed.
Provide occasional weekend support for cargo verification and trucking coordination.
Qualifications include logistics or freight forwarding experience; bilingual English/Japanese is preferred.
