The Chemical/Process Engineer conducts bench-scale tests and collaborates on pilot field testing for carbon removal projects. This role involves operating, maintaining, and repairing laboratory equipment, designing experiments, and analysing results. The engineer visits industrial sites to oversee equipment manufacture, installation, and operation, ensuring smooth project execution through effective communication with partners. Candidates should possess a degree in Chemical Engineering with relevant industry experience, strong data analysis skills, and experience with laboratory and manufacturing environments. Proficiency in manual tools and willingness to travel up to 30% are essential. The position is full-time and onsite, primarily based at the company’s Full Sutton location.
