Le poste
We are seeking a Construction Estimator to develop detailed cost estimates for commercial and utility-scale solar and storage projects.
Create quantity takeoffs, analyze labor, material, and equipment costs, and build contingencies and risk-adjusted pricing.
Support preconstruction with scope validation and constructability reviews; collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Assist with bid leveling, subcontractor outreach, and value engineering to optimize project costs.
Utilize Procore for project documentation and scope tracking; use Smartsheet and Excel for estimating workflows and cost histories.
Onsite in White Plains, NY, with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and 2–5 years of estimating experience preferred.
