Oversee program grantees and Resource Partners through compliance reviews, site visits, and ongoing monitoring activities.
Develop and execute outreach and marketing initiatives to support program objectives.
Plan monitoring activities, manage schedules, and coordinate data collection to ensure program integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to address findings and implement corrective actions.
Provide informed decision making across a broad range of OMS support functions based on analysis and insights.
Foster stakeholder engagement and maintain effective relationships with partners to advance program success.
