Le poste
Lead full lifecycle development of complex mechanical products, from concept through deployment, including design, analysis, documentation, manufacturing integration, and on-site installation.
Perform structural analysis, machine design, and selection of precision motion components (bearings, gearboxes, encoders, servo motors).
Optimize designs for manufacturability and integration with precision positioning systems; apply strength of materials, static/dynamic/thermal analysis, safety factors, buckling, and modal analysis.
Develop weldment designs and produce ANSI Y14.5 drawings per GD&T standards; ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards (e.g., CE).
Manage cross-functional collaboration, provide technical leadership, present concepts to stakeholders and customers, and own project delivery.
Travel domestically and abroad as needed (~30%), with on-site installation and field deployment responsibilities.
