We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to own the full sales lifecycle in Data & AI permanent recruitment.
Proactively identify, target, and win new client accounts while building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers.
Collaborate with recruiters to deliver top Data & AI permanent talent and align go-to-market strategies with growth objectives.
Manage the prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and signing of agreements to consistently expand revenue and market share.
Shape and execute region-wide growth plans using market insights to drive client acquisition and retention.
Ideal candidates bring a proven hunter mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
