Lead planning and execution of community engagement initiatives aligned to strategic goals.
Design and monitor project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Develop monitoring frameworks and KPIs to assess outputs, outcomes, and impact.
Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders to collect feedback and optimize programs.
Facilitate regular reporting with dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights to inform strategy and improvement.
