Own and drive performance across organic and paid social channels, focusing on measurable growth, engagement, and conversion.
Analyse social performance data to generate insights, inform strategy, and continuously optimise activity.
Collaborate with the in-house studio to brief, develop, and refine creative, feeding back performance-led insights.
Implement a test-and-learn approach, validating creative and audience decisions through performance data.
Coordinate with external agencies to align campaigns with objectives and propose optimisations based on results.
Support wider performance channels (PPC, SEO, affiliate) to ensure a joined-up, revenue-focused digital strategy.
