Municipal Engineer: Develops and maintains client relations, attends meetings, and conducts plan reviews for subdivisions and land developments. Collaborates with officials, staff, and engineers on infrastructure projects, proposals, and reports. Requires 7+ years civil engineering experience, PA PE license, and strong communication skills
