As Director of AI Internal Developer Experience, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of AI solutions powering an internal developer ecosystem.
Define high-impact opportunities by analyzing developer workflows, pilot results, and productivity metrics to drive ROI.
Translate real-world developer pain points into actionable requirements and rapidly prototype AI-driven features that scale.
Lead cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Research, UX, Security, and Dev Training to improve developer efficiency.
Oversee early adopters and pilot programs, build internal champions, and enable broad enterprise-wide adoption through plays, training, and advocacy.
Maintain deep technical literacy in LLMs, RAG, code generation, and autonomous agents, continuously measuring impact and communicating value to executives and developers.
